Alisk did one.
Random Voodoo...
Li

And our resident Lady Johana has a fantastic one that you should all read...

What I do have to add is This short film...

I'm very curious to know who made it, but I did get it from Charles...

Oh, and did anyone else notice that German based Wintermute was there? or at least another operative called Wintermute...

EDIT: Thanks LadyJ for your most excellent hosting abilities... You're getting *SO* hotlinked right now... heh heh heh...

Using word like parahipppocampal Cortex, scientists explain deja vu

People drunk on listerine. Does this pass for news these days hey?

Remember how there was talk of a draft before the election? It just keeps looking more and more inevitable... I feel terrible for those who voted against the chimp who get called up...

Using word like parahipppocampal Cortex, scientists explain deja vu

Take THIS cancer.

If they think of introducing This here, I can almost guarentee that my family will be getting around on a "The Goodies" styled tandum bike thingy...

And what is the odds of this happening? heh heh heh...

Now, I'll see if I can find a game or two for you good folk out there...

The ASX Share game...

Is starting up again...

This is your chance to win $5,000.

I still recall, like the old man that I am, the time that I came 6th.

Sadly I was second in VIC missing the $1,000 state prize...

Though looking at it now, they have prizes for second and third in a state... :(

Damn you ASX. Damn you all to hell. Damn you!!!

So go register. You might win yourself a couple'a bucks.

It's a little trick to find the link, it's on the left there... in some dodgy animated picture thingy...

(Aussie peoples only, though you could prolly play if you weren't an Aussie, you just could win the prizes...)

I like hard games...

But perhaps this one is a little too hard?

Man, I hope Bush doesn't pull that trigger...

I mean, c'mon, Iran is calling him out.

"We're gunna build a nuke and what are you gunna do about it?"

Oh, dear god...

This is the most painful thing I've ever seen...

Well maybe not ever, but it's definitely up there...

Extraordinary rendition

People are all up in arms about..

This Jeff Gannon guy...

It's not a new thing.
One would think that the CIA and Pentagon would be a little more careful in their choice of actors and in the story they'd present in Iraq-2. But then again, why bother if you know whatever propaganda you throw out will be reprinted by the Peter Finns of the world, no questions asked, and swallowed by a country eager to believe the cheapest lies.

Games, fun and bonanza...

Ok, lets have a little game round up shall we...

Firstly, Stupid block moving game. Sorta gets boring after a while but I'm sure it will appeal to though who enjoy inane doin' stuff...

Next up, Hapland. Now, I've gotten it to do a couple of things, like the bell breaking, the guy busting the light, the little guys jumping out of the hole... but that's it... if anyone can make it do more, let me know...

Dropkick the faint. If someone wants to tell me what a faint is, that would be great... Though, my favorite part was missing and running into the crowd...

Eliminatoratoror. Tricky AND fun... With balls.

Now, This game is almost fun, but it's painfully too easy... if someone wants to make a game like this but more, you know... fun... That would be highly appreciated... :D

This is an interesting post...

In the late 1920s a group of intellectuals known as conservative revolutionaries demanded a new volkish authoritarianism, a Third Reich. Richly financed by corporate interests, they denounced liberalism as the greatest, most invidious threat, and attacked it for its tolerance, rationality and cosmopolitan culture. These conservative revolutionaries were proud of being prophets of the Third Reich
Sounds kinda familiar doesn't it... Go read some more...

Worst. Deficit. Ever.

Another Month, Another record breaking deficit.

Nerds are funny...

heh heh... Furbies...

hmmm, this isn't any good...

TOKYO, Feb. 10 - In a surprising admission, North Korea's hard-line Communist government declared publicly today for the first time that it has nuclear weapons.

It also said that it will boycott United States-sponsored regional talks designed to end its nuclear program, according to a North Korean Foreign Ministry statement transmitted today by the nation's wire service.

Pyongyang said it has "manufactured nukes for self-defense to cope with the Bush administration's undisguised policy to isolate and stifle" North Korea, and that it will "bolster its nuclear weapons arsenal."

The statement, considered a definitive policy pronouncement, said that North Korea, led by the reclusive dictator Kim Jong Il, is pulling out of the talks after concluding that the second Bush administration would pursue the "brazen-faced, double-dealing tactics" of dialogue and "regime change."
This is no good at all, but in an attempt to make a little light out of the situation, I guess I'm gunna have to stop refering to him as King Kong 2...

Inmates paying for the privilage...

Officials in one Illinois county want to change state law so they can bill criminals for their stay in the county jail.
Cause what you need when you get out of jail is a big ol' debt to pay off... That will keep you on the straight and narrow...

There is a new decree...

From now on, I'll be refering to myself as Xademeister

Like This Guy

And I'll be yelling it a random intevals at random places... but particularly pubs...

I'm laughing but it's not why you think...

or maybe it is...

Firstly, go read the article.
When police arrived, Anderson allegedly claimed her boyfriend was the driver of the car and that it only appeared she was driving because she was leaned over from the passenger seat to perform a sex act on him.
ok, so that's the excuse... plausible were there not any witnesses... or this bit
Seckler and her daughter, Jessica Seckler, 13, were taken to St. Francis Hospital in Poughkeepsie for minor injuries. A third passenger in Seckler's car was uninjured.
So, instead of "I crashed with my daughter and 2 other people in the car cause I was drunk", she opted for the highground of "My boyfriend crashed the car cause I was giving him head while my daughter and another person looked on."...

Snowflakes are pretty...

Well, up close anyways...

Woo!! Level 100!

Man, I'm such a geek...

Go play

Do you like reading peoples secrets?

PostSecret.blogspot

Have fun.

I'm sure you have at least heard a little by now...

Of the plight of Cornelia Rau
Queensland police say they were unable to identify her, even though she was listed as missing with NSW police. They handed her over to immigration authorities after she gave an alias of "Anna" and spoke some German, leading them to suspect she was "an illegal non-citizen".
10 months later she was released.

Ten fucking months. And for what? Not carrying ID? Speaking a little German?
The Kafkaesque aspect to the "Anna" case is that for 10 months alarm bells that were meant to bring about intervention against wrongful detention and treatment were rung. But those who should have been listening were not.
And you say that immigration is doing alright. 10 fucking months of her fucking life!
It was understandable authorities would think mentally ill Australian woman Cornelia Rau was an unlawful citizen, Immigration Minister Amanda Vanstone said today.
And what is this? Amanda fucking Vanstone is defending the fact that they stole 10 months of that womans life. Defending it! Defending this
Ms Curr said both areas had video surveillance and she called on the Government to release footage relating to allegations of mistreatment, including that guards had watched her shower.

"There was another report that one day in the compound she was eating dirt and weeping, and that the guards went up and kicked at her. They were laughing and kicking at her," she said. A Department of Immigration spokesman denied the allegation of mistreatment
This is what we do to people we deem illegal immigrates. Regardless of their ethnicity, this is just fucked. She should be fucking sacked for this shit.

And while I'm pissed off, you know where this story got a mention is the good ol' Herald Sun?

Page fucking 5. A fucking fat arsed golfer who came THIRD was on the front page. A woman who had 10 months of her life stolen, degrade, and abused by the government. Oh, that's just page 5 news.

Fuck Rupert Murdoch. And fuck the direction that this country seems to want to be taking on the issue of detention.

I had enough, I'm going for a fucking ciggarette...

So I was tagged be DeLion...

So lets see here, I have to answer the following questions and then spread this infernal Meme to fellow bloggers, just like so kind of plague... Sound fun. Let's play...

1. Total amount of music files on your computer:
Ok, lets see here. Take the kilohertz, divide by the denominator and um, how many pounds in a gallon? oh to hell with it.

3145 Files in 212 folders totalling 16.18 gigamabytes

2. The last CD you bought was:
The last CD I bought... hmm, the last CD I got was Potpurri of Noise, by This mug over here, But I spose I didn't buy unless you count owning a beer if we're ever in the same country buying...

Um, I bought the Tori DVD, Welcome to sunny Florida. A DVD counts right?

3. What is the song you last listened to before reading this message?

This stupid meme thing has made me break out the tracks from Question 4. Therefore, upon posting, it could have been any of the below tracks.

4. Write down 5 songs you often listen to and/or that mean a lot to you:
"Prologue" - Loreena McKennitt - I got hooked on this song cause it reminded me of the opening song from Tenchu 2. Man I loved that game...

"Top of the city" - Kate Bush - ok, technically I haven't heard this song in ages, but out of all the damn songs in all the damn world, this one gets stuck in my head at least once a week.

"Gravity" - Bic Runga - This song, in my opinion, is the closest example to perfection of any song I've heard.

"Wednesday" - Tori Amos - The line: is Thumbelina size 10 on a Wednesday, can always make me smile.

"Aenima" - Tool - Seriously, if I was ever involved in any form of contact anything, this is the song I would listen to prior.

5. What 3 people are you going to pass this baton to and why?
- ok... Let's see if you read the old blog here Sezy Mc Ezy heh heh...
- um, you, The Q man, you'll do it, won't ya.
- And what about Gra?

---------

All this fun and games were brought to you by the brandalicious Brandelion. Go pop in. Say hi. tell em xade rocks and there might be a prize in it for ya... heh heh heh...

oh, and I've seen the additional bits, but hey. Not Gunna Happen... :D

You know how Neurocam has got billboards up in the states now...

Well, you have to wonder about a certain blogger who took a trip up that way just shortly before they went up?

Hmmm... sussness abounds

It makes me laugh when newspapers get it wrong...

I mean sure, the subject matter is a little tasteless, but c'mon...

Who the hell gave the go-ahead for this?

Look at the picture! I could have told them it was a toy...

and then four hours later...

Controversial statement of the day...

I wonder why God hates the South?

So. Does Bush have the kahonies?

The best way of guessing what Bush will do is asking, what's the worst thing he could do to America? Whatever it is, that's what he'll do. I think he's been possessed by bin Laden, because everything he's done has been exactly what Al Quaeda hoped for. Right now, bin Laden is praying to Allah that we'll be stupid enough to attack Iran. That would be the cherry on his halal sundae, the one thing that could actually finish us off as a Superpower.
I certainly hope not...

Go read the full article.

It's a good read.

Crazy explodamo gaming...

Chaos Theory

Can't read the instructions, but the basic premise is that you click on the screen and everything goes BOOM.

And then you beat my score of 122. :D

Just don't try to click through the "loading" to hurry it up... specially in the third round when going of a record score and then finding yourself quitting and never playing again.
