Subject : Assignment

Dear Xade,

This letter is to inform you that the qualitative indicators of your
performance against tasked assignments place you within the upper
quartile of all Neurocam operatives. Your continued engagement with
Neurocam has been noted favourably at senior levels of the

A consequence of our high regard for your past performance, and
yesterday's institutional purge of lowest quartile personnel, is that
your next assignment to operational activity is to be brought forward.

Report your availability to Operations Division for the evenings of
******* through ********. You will only need to be
available for one of these nights.

Report your availability for the day of *******. You
must be available on this date to be assigned to this operation.

Your timely response to this email is essential. Neurocam's
operational tempo is increasing rapidly. Please respond by COB *****.

So look at that, everyone seems to have an invite.

I guess that's gunna be exciting.

I think therefore I am. I think.

Can I just say,

'Sit down shut up' it the worst show on television.

Seriously. The worst.

Worse than Marty and Jess.
Worse than Skithouse.

Hell, I'm gunna go out on a limb and say it is worse than that classic, Hey dad.

So, you have to pose the question.

Why the hell am I sitting here watching it.

heh heh heh... You go McCain.

"Bush is a liar and fuck up in Iraq" - McCain.

ok... so maybe that wasn't a direct quote, but it was the jist. I love it.

wellity wellity well...

So, Bush is a Nazi...

ok... well maybe not quite a Nazi, but he did financially back them.

And not GeeDubya either, it was his grandfather Senator Prescott Bush. Using this ill-gotten funds to set up an entire dynasty in both American politics and economics.

I guess the apple hasn't fallen very far...

Welfare Capitalism

sure, it's unattainable. But hey, it's a nice ideal.

I wonder though. You reckon those older unskilled worker are gunna want the government to bail them out when their employers can't pay out?

Even if by definition, that's socialism?

like those dirty commies?

(yeah, that's a quality gross generalisation.)

I agree with this guy...

See. Ray Kurzweil agrees with my view of the future...

mmmm cheese.

Does this mean I could be psychic?

Quantum is the way to go...

Not Nano, nano is gunna get us all killed.

Stick with Quantum it's the wave of the future.

How a mere single-step synthesis of a hydrocarbon and a simple salt compound produced these unique nanotube structures with antimicrobial capability is described in a paper posted on the Web site for the Journal of the American Chemical Society. The findings have implications for developing products that can simultaneously detect and kill biological weapons.
I dunno, this sorta thing sounds all good and well... but how long is it gunna be till the same technology is used to create the weapon?

not very. That's for sure.

Who the hell thought it was a good idea...

Pictures of the afore mentioned hurricane...

Just don't forget Duck and Cover

Cause this is gunna make the kids love America...

JEDDAH, 13 September 2004 — Mazen Al-Tomaizi, a Palestinian television journalist working for Saudi news channel Al-Ekhbariya and Arab satellite channel Al-Arabiya, was killed yesterday by an American missile as he was reporting live from Baghdad on deadly clashes between US forces and insurgents.
That recruitment drive just keeps rolling on doesn't it.

If the president can do it...

Why not everybody else...

I hope she sues the crap out of him.

Maybe I should get one of those 'count down' things...

I think when you look...

at This, it does a pretty good job at showing what each campain is running on.

Kerry: Health Care, Strength, War, Jobs
Bush: War, Kerry, Terrorism

So, would you prefer the campain based on Fear and Mud-slinging, or the one based on moving forward? on planing for the future?

Just a quick update on Neurocam.

According to Bridget, Henley has gone into hiding after receiving death threats from a certain branch in Nigeria.

Now, this would seem to indicate the her loyalites lie in the same direction as Nikolay.

That might explain the change to the Neurocam domain...

As ccr was saying in a comment below, I think something is in the wind... something is about to blow.

I was watching...

The Rocky Horror Picture Show the other night...

It's been years since I have seen that movie.

I never realised the the female lead in it was Susan Saradon...

Now I don't want to offend anyone here, but when I think of Susan Saradon, I think, Mother.

Hearing the words 't-t-t-t-touch me, I want to feel dirty' coming out of her mouth made me feel wrong. Just plain wrong.

"Tell them I hate them!"

heh heh... I love Futurama.

Go check out the 25 greatest moments.

And just so you know, the number one moment is offically the saddest moment in all of television.

You wonder why windows has so many security flaws?

It's because it has the most people trying to break it.

You know why is has the most people trying to break it?

It has the most users.

You know why this matter?

It makes it the most Profitable.

This may explain a little about...

This guy...

I know it's old, but...

What's the difference between ignorance and indifference?

I don't know and I don't give a shit.

Hello Neurocam?

Is there anybody in there?

There hasn't been a lot going on with Neurocam recently, well not on the surface anyways...

I have however, been in contact with one Miss Bridget Fischer. The head of Melbourne Operations.

Apparently Mr. Henley has been re-assigned.

Which is very interesting, but will be even more interesting when the reason for his re-assignment is revealed...

As always, I'll keep you all informed.

I love the internet.

Were else would you hear Gee Dubya signing U2'sSunday Bloody Sunday.

This has to be my favorite site for the day.

Trashy unsubstansiated rumours about celebrities...

heh heh heh...

the Neurocam website seems to be getting a sense of humour...

It's coming, any day now...

It's creepy that the onion gets to so right sometimes...

See the date on This article?

Now have a read...

The man is a joke. A living parody. He shouldn't be in charge.

To those of you who live in Florida

And I know that the occational reader here does, please, don't fall for This.

Don't let this swing you. I can guarantee to you that *any* president would have done exactly the same thing. It doesn't make him a better leader, it just helps his PR.

Good luck all you folk in the Florida region, 'specially you in the SGCBL.

Go Fairies... Woo.

The life and times of Che...

All I can really say is that once a lying fraud, always a lying fraud.
The most famous example is his draft evasion during the Vietnam War. He has never candidly discussed his feelings about the war, the traumatic, formative event for American males of his age. Only once, in fact, has he even answered a question as to why he avoided serving.

"I had other priorities," was all he has ever said.
I think this quote adequately sums up the current American administration. They're not looking out for Americans, they have other priorities...

I think the French brand of Neurocam, Have their own problems now

OWNED! Just made a big hole

Aww, Nasa fucked it

Commentary live via Fark

You gotta wonder though, 260 million... There is so much they could do with that... fund education, battle poverty, immunisations, hell, they could even fight the war on terra for a couple more days, but no... They piss it up the walls while trying to collect space dust.

Hell, they could of at least blown it on designing the cup holder that they will use when they go to mars...

Second story down...

It starts with: "A man with the habit of inserting odd objects into his rectum"
And ends with: "The largest object ever removed was a bowling pin."

You know you want to go read it...

Out of hand...

It really is getting nutty.

Seriously, it is wrong to use a national disaster to underhandedly bring in a police state...

It's just what happens.

A happy little repugnican.
Going to a happy little repugnican convention.
Now he has a felony charge against his name.
I bet he is still for the death penalty.

hhmmm, ::raises skeptical eyebrow::

ASTRONOMERS manning a radio telescope in Arecibo, Puerto Rico, believe they may have found proof that extra-terrestrials exist.
...I'll keep you informed...

You wanna know stuff about frogs...

Don't ya?

I thought the Nigerian scammer got caught...

Though I spose if someone is on a good thing, you jump on the bandwagon...

And to that degree... Lets discuss... The Neuro Files (Also known as the nigerian email correspondence...

First of all.

August 15th. - "I know this now, will Mr. Hely be sharing from your own share of this transaction?"... So what's the deal with Mr. Hely's comments on the 17th.

Now, apart from that, it was good reading about Henley doing a bit of screwing the screwers... Though towards the end there is got very interesting.

Adrian Cale hey... Sounds important.
Howard Grant? I'm curious as to why this has never come up before, perhaps it wasn't deemed nessecary?

It doesn't really explain what actually happen to Henley though, I mean, he's gone.

He's still gone and this correspondence has been going on since well after he disappeared.

So is he just keeping a low profile? Has he gone somewhere else? Is all this forged? Nikolay, I'm sure you read this, any comments?

EDIT: Also, I wonder how this relates to the guy in the purple... I wonder which one of these new names belonged to him, if any...

Friday, September 03, 2004

Hello Sphincter...

Does yours giggle? On second thought, please, don't answer that question...

John 'The Joker' Howard.

Ha. I love it.
John Howard and the Joker - Who do you trust?

When I watched Tim Burton's 1989 seminal superhero film, Batman, a few weeks ago I gave pause to the scene where the Joker (Jack Nicholson) holds a parade down the middle of the main street in Gotham City. The parade has wonderful colours, music, energy and some giant animal balloons filled with poison gas. Whilst the Joker throws money by the handful of the population to get them onside before he poisons them, he shouts "Hubba hubba hubba - WHO DO YA TRUST?".

I commented to a friend of mine that I thought it would be funny to see John Howard do the same thing in his campaign.

So it was with amusement verging on disbelief that I watched the PM's press conference announcing the election, drawing the immediate comparison.

John "The Joker" Howard - Who do ya trust?

The Sneak
(oh, and watch out, the link tries to print...)

Got any spare change?

Houses. Cost too much.
Couches. Cost too much.
Washing machines, too much.
Cars, waaaay too much.

Give me a couple of weeks, I'll come up with the 'priceless' bit.

And in the mean time... got any spare change?

Dodgy psydo-psycho test...

I got this little test sent to me the other day, just a simple question with a simple answer. Here goes.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing. She believed him to be her dream, she fell in love with him right there but did not ask for his number, and no matter how hard she tried, she could not find him. A few days later, she killed her sister.

Question: What is her motive in killing her sister?

Answer: She was hoping that the guy would appear at the funeral again. <---- highlight this bit...

Ok. So, if you did indeed get this correct, please, leave a comment with your name and address, just like the pedophiles in the last post and I will get the local authorities to deliver you a prize.

If you got it wrong, well isn't this nice.

Sure, this is just a theory...

Just because you install it yourself...

And it show pretty diagrams and useless information...

Doesn't mean it isn't sending a copy of every stroke to a central database...

Man, Who ever thought up this scam is gunna make a mint.

Don't you just love...

Blackbox voting...
By entering a 2-digit code in a hidden location, a second set of votes is created in the Diebold central tabulator, a program installed in 1,000 locations, which controls both paper ballots and touch-screens, each system handling up to a million votes at a time. Full story

After invoking the 2-digit trigger, this second set of votes can be changed so that it no longer matches the correct set of votes. The voting system will then read the totals from the bogus vote set.

It takes only seconds to change the votes, and to date not a single location in the U.S. has implemented security measures to fully mitigate the risks. It is not too late to do so, and the corrective measures are relatively simple.

This program is not "stupidity" or sloppiness. It was designed and tested over a series of a dozen version adjustments, and has been in place for four years.
So when do you think we will be getting these fine machine hitting our shores? Johnny is trying every other dirty trick up geeDubs sleeve, why not this one?

Yes... Blame the ISP

This is why idiots should have computer...

I'm gunna take a stab in the dark here... This guy doesn't seem to bright, if he was say... looking at risque site and something came up and said 'Press yes to see blind 15 year olds getting hot horse action', I think he would have pushed yes faster that a goat on speed. And then to have the gall to blame the ISP... What a tool...

Oh, and if you found this page looking for blind 15 year olds getting hot horse action, please, leave a comment, along with your name and address and I will get the local authorities to deliver them for you...

Thank you for your time.

This little bit of linkage has a number of interesting things in it...

Firstly, the 'flippers'. If the Dem tried a manuveur like this I can tell you exactly what would happen, firstly, they would be banned from all events. Secondly, they would be beaten in the name of Family values/jesus.

Next story.

Denise Hastert, the speaker of the house has accused George Soros of taking drug money.
On "Fox News Sunday," the Illinois Republican insinuated that billionaire financier George Soros, who's funding an independent media campaign to dislodge President Bush, is getting his big bucks from shady sources. "You know, I don't know where George Soros gets his money. I don't know where - if it comes overseas or from drug groups or where it comes from," Hastert mused. An astonished Chris Wallace asked: "Excuse me?" The Speaker went on: "Well, that's what he's been for a number years - George Soros has been for legalizing drugs in this country. So, I mean, he's got a lot of ancillary interests out there." Wallace: "You think he may be getting money from the drug cartel?" Hastert: "I'm saying I don't know where groups - could be people who support this type of thing. I'm saying we don't know."
Isn't this just plain unadulterated defamation? Can he be sued for this? Seriously, the GOP campaign resides solely around slandering the opposition. So is it any wonder that little Johnny is running on the exact same campaign. You hear the one about Latham killing the economy? pushing intrest rates through the roof? It's unfounded bullshit. But hey, if you say it, even if it is disproved later on, the damage is done.

Ya gotta love a story about good ol' fashion hypocracy...

Specially when it involves blogs making a difference instead of posting wacky links and wasting everbodies time...
Rep. Ed Schrock is a two-term Republican congressman from Virginia's Second District. The National Journal ties him as the second most conservative person in all of Congress in 2003, behind only Dennis Hastert. This isn't necessarily a turn-off in his district, which includes Virginia Beach, home of Pat Robertson, as well as Hampton Roads, home of 300,000 active-duty military and veterans. A strong family man with a wife and kids, Schrock was a co-sponsor of the Federal Marriage Amendment and opposes any possible rights for gay people, including non-discrimination in employment.

The problem is, his constituents may soon discriminate against his employment, as Schrock also seeks out gay sex on telephone dating services, and gay activists are about to release the tapes.
Go have a read.
